Our vineyards are located close to Epernay, the historic birthplace of Champagne. We cultivate 10 hectares of AOC (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée – Wine of controlled origin in France) vineyards, which are, for the most part, older than 30 years. They are planted in clay-limestone soils of the Marne Valley and obtain their distinct characteristics from the villages of Cuchery and Baslieux sous Châtillon.
Each of the grape varieties, Meunier, Pinot Noir and even the Chardonnay are subtly complementary in the production of our wines. They benefit from the local microclimate of the slopes of the Marne Valley with, primarily, a southern exposure.
